Qualified individuals and families in Thompson, Woodstock, Pomfret, and Putnam can turn to TEEG to receive cash assistance for heating expenses in crisis situations. Operation Fuel is a private charitable program. INCOME GUIDELINES APPLY
Private Fuel Assistance Funds
TEEG offers fuel assistance from a private fuel fund to residents of Thompson, Woodstock and Pomfret. The money in these funds is dependent on the generosity of the community. INCOME GUIDELINES APPLY
CEAP (Connecticut Energy Assistance Program)
The Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is designed to help low-income households pay primary heating source bills.
