Navigating the complex system of aging, healthcare, and personal independence can be a daunting task. TEEG offers many programs to Seniors including heat assistance, food security, SNAP application assistance, healthcare benefits enrollment and changes, access to healthcare, homeowner advice, and counseling.
We meet with Seniors at the TEEG office (15 Thatcher Road, North Grosvenordale), at the Pomfret Senior Center (207 Mashamoquet Road, Pomfret), in their homes, or locations in the community.
